Hello , I would like to see more of upper arm strength on the pole and how to with the conditioning excerise , to build strength on the pole , for example the air walk I have been wanting to do that , what suggestion do you give for that , Michelle.
I'd love to see a follow along invert conditioning workout! 😍 Getting a clean spinning invert is a goal of mine and I wish there were more resources out there dedicated to invert technique.
The Dragontail straddle thing I saw at Maddie would be great but I think you are already planning this as I saw your post on insta 😬🥰And a stretching special for Bird of paradise would be great too. And in general anything you come up with I will love for sure 🥰😍 I am so happy you got this Programme now as I always dreamed about having courses with Michelle and Maddie thanks for this opportunity 😘
Yes I’ll do the titanic next week 😊. For straight leg inverts, it’s all about leg strength baby! Check out the AAA conditioning classes in the tutorials section. We will be doing a tutorial specifically on invert technique too 💖
