just wanted to see if anyone has experience with my issue. I have noticed that my hip clicks / pops when doing leg circles (only on one side). Is this something that happens when you haven’t trained in a while or could it possibly lead to an injury? Any shared experience with this would be much appreciated!

I have had this on and off. When I focus on engaging my muscles around the hip joint, it goes away. But I would go see a physio about it 😊
