Hey Everyone! I’m very excited to teach my Sunday stretch class again this week and yes I’ll be teaching pole Choreo too. We have made those workshops every week now so don’t forget to book in ❤️ For tomorrow we will work on Splits and backbends at the end so please have a chair and wall close by. If you have blocks even better but you don’t have to have them. Remember when you stretch to always listen to your body. Make sure you are very warm. Hi Maddie, I was in your stretch class today but I had no audio. I tried two different devices and logged in as I normally do. It wasn't too big of a deal for stretch and flex but I don't want to have the same problem when I take Choreo on Monday. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.
