Anything glycerin based like dew point products or cornhuskers lotion will help keep skin moisturized if dryness is what makes you slip on the pole. Antiperspirant products like chalk won’t help you here. Some polers even like to buy vegetable glycerin packets. 99% of lotion has glycerin, it’s only lotions with oils in them that is a no go 🙅🏻♀️.Also keeping your skin moisturized when you’re not on the pole. Like applying lotion after an evening shower before going to bed should give enough time to moisturize skin but not make you too slippery for a pole class the next day. Hope that helps!

We use shaving gel - just a very small amount. A pea size amount of gel and rub it where you need it. I like Gillette shaving gel best 😊
