I'd appreciate an extra tutorial! Turning my chest to the ceiling helped so much but I'm still not quite there yet with the trick. I think I'll give it a rest and try again next week with a clear mind :)
You need to really push the back of your ankles into the pole. Turn your chest up to the ceiling as much as you can. I will do an extra tutorial on this in tricks class on Thursday 😍
I tried it yesterday and on my „good“ side it did not work I think because I have a hamstring injury at the moment and I was too afraid to make it worst but on my „bad side“ I was able to get into it 🥳 I only was too afraid to open the arms into the plus sign pose but my ankle was not sliding away anymore with your tip ☺️ so I will repeat it next time again and see if I get used to the position to loose my fear 😬
Yes same problem I tried it out yesterday but nothing helps my angle is always sliding away when I try to log my armpit 😭 next time I will try to engage the quads more as Michelle said and hope it will work

How did you go with it? 😍

Engage your knee and your quad and pull that leg really tight and super straight! Also a dab of Itac helps 💖
