Props: Yoga Strap (or bathrobe strap), Broom/Mop Stick without the mop or broom, Yoga Blocks (or hardcovered books equal height to the medium size of yoga block), arm weights or under 2kg hand weights (or cans of soup). Tomorrow we will have a high focus on Splits Training and Back Shapes. We will need to stabilises the spine first so please if you can, find these items before class. Much Love, Crystal
